My research exists at an overlap in the fields of Comparative Politics, Geography, Anthropology and Urban Planning. I’m interested in understanding how building, designing, and using public transportation impacts everyday politics.

My current research focuses on Jerusalem and the ways that local people understand the interactions between material infrastructure and politics in the city.
